How to request account and data deletion:
Option 1 — In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By Email: Send a deletion request to support@smartgrow365.app. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Request Account DeletionPlease note: after deletion, your data cannot be recovered. Subscription management (cancellation, refunds) is handled separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account (see Section 8), we will delete your personal data within 7 business days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
